THE PROCESS

VISIT
We visit your home to discuss your goals for the project. This is where we offer ideas on how we can help you achieve those goals, provide a rough estimate of the cost and explain the construction process.

CONCEPT
We propose a concept plan with 3D drawings based on the property’s measurements and project goals. We provide an estimated budget and a brief specification of aspects involved.

DETAILING
We ask for an initial quotation fee upon your approval of the design. Our engineer and estimator visit your property for a thorough site investigation. They provide a detailed specification and the final budget for the project.

BUDGET
We ensure you are involved in both the planning and detailing process to avoid any cost blow outs.

PERMITS
We take care of the Building Permit applications, and Town Planning permits if required. You and LA Webb Construction then sign your Building Contract.
