We visit you in your home to discuss your needs and what you’d like to achieve. Then we’ll come up with some ideas on how we can help. You’ll be given an idea of the sort of budget that will be required and we’ll explain the construction process and what we include.
Upon mutual agreement and with the information gathered from our initial visit, we return to measure up your home and produce a concept plan with 3D drawings. We estimate a budget for your project and provide a brief specification of what’s involved.
When you are happy with the design and wish to proceed, you’ll be asked to pay an initial quotation fee. The next stage involves a site visit with our Engineer and Estimator. Following that, we fine tune your plan, produce a detailed specification and confirm the final fixed price for the project.
As a result of carrying out such a thorough site investigation and ensuring that you are always involved in both the planning and detailing process, we do not have cost blow outs.
We handle the Building Permit applications and if required, Town Planning permits. Your Building Contract is then signed by both of us.
On site, we offer a low stress building process through our highly-experienced Project Managers complemented by skilled tradespeople. Our Clients continually tell us they love our courteous and considerate tradespeople.
